Project management services for complex Public/Private Partnerships

The Silos of Frisco are a project that could not happen without a visionary developer and a creative, forward-looking city working together. MDS Investments is working to develop and construct a unique restuarant concept sitting atop a 60+ foot landmark grain silo in the historic heart of Frisco, Texas. The restaurant will provide breathtaking views across all of Frisco and will be perched above Toyota Stadium, home of FC Dallas Soccer club. The JDGray Group provided services to finalize the negotiations for the project and will serve as the Project Manager on behalf of the property owner (the City of Frisco).
