City of Sidney Selects JDGray Group to Perform Executive Recruitment for City Manager

The City Council of the City of Sidney Nebraska selected us to perform the executive recruitment for its next City Manger. In this recruitment, we will use our new SmartSearch methodology​ to clearly identify the talents and skills necessary to succeed in the potiion and then provide an incredible depth of insight into the candidates using our patented assessments. The search will kickoff in early November 2015 and we expect Sidney to name a new City Manager by mid-February.
